2. Order Process and Payment

• All orders must be submitted with complete design details, including dimensions, text, images, and any other specifications.
• Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed.
• Once production begins, changes to the order may not be possible. Additional charges may apply for any modifications or revisions.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

• Customers must own or have proper authorization to use any designs, logos, or text submitted for engraving.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders that may infringe on copyright or trademark laws.
• Any designs created by us for your order remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

4. Product Quality and Liability

• We strive for precision and quality in all engravings. However, slight variations in color, depth, or alignment may occur due to material differences or manufacturing limitations.
• Customers are responsible for providing materials suitable for laser engraving. We are not liable for damage to materials provided by the customer if they are unsuitable for the engraving process.
• In case of defects or errors caused by us, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within [X] days of receiving the product.
